The Representations component of PMAT provides the following services related to the management of foreign representations:

• Issuance of a new authorization – operational process associated with the establishment of a new foreign representation;
• Extension of a representation’s authorization – operational process through which the validity period of an existing authorization is extended;
• Amendment of the operating authorization – operational process through which any changes occurred are reflected:
  • at the level of the parent company (legal form, registered office, shareholding structure, etc.), or
  • at the level of the representation (change of headquarters, change of head of representation).

in the operating authorization of the representation:

• Extension–amendment of a representation’s authorization – the process by which the operating authorization of the representation is extended while simultaneously reflecting the changes occurred at the level of the parent company or the representation;
• Issuance of a closure letter – the process through which the legal right of the representation to operate is terminated.

In order to access these services, the following steps are required:

1. Registration on the PMAT platform as a foreign representation.
2. Authentication (the platform allows authentication via ROeID and eIDAS).
3. Submission of documentation.
4. Response to requests for clarification (only if applicable).
5. Download the artefact.
