The purpose of the CCA is to ensure a genuine public-private partnership in the development of policies and support measures for SMEs, startups and entrepreneurship, through direct consultation on legislative initiatives, funding programs and other measures impacting the business environment.
Main roles and activities of the CCA:
- Consultation on draft normative acts affecting the business environment.
- Formulating proposals and providing feedback on governmental programs (grants, de minimis schemes, incubators/accelerators, etc.).
- Participation in assessing the impact of new regulations (including the SME Test).
- Conducting a structured dialogue to identify the real needs of entrepreneurs.
